Our expert instructors use Art of Problem Solving curriculum to teach Scholars Math 11: Calculus. AoPS curriculum is a much broader and deeper exploration of challenging mathematics than a typical math curriculum, preparing students for success at top universities and in competitive careers. Although the main focus of this course is not primarily AP test preparation and the content extends beyond the typical Calculus BC curriculum, this course is officially approved by the College Board as an AP Calculus BC course for students in grades 9–12.
This course covers the Art of Problem Solving Calculus book.
Our instructors hold classes virtually, in a small-sized (10-16 students) videoconferencing classroom.
There are about 2 to 3 hours of homework each week. There are two timed exams in the course — one at the midpoint of the course, and one at the end.
Visit our tuition page to learn more about our drop and refund policies.
The course runs for 36 weeks with one 120-minute lesson per week.
